Course Description: This Course introduces to students design, planning, architectural, and structural specifications of residential buildings, and also provides real case studies with hand-on practices. In this class, you will learn how to design and draw a permit set including site plan, floor plan, roof plan, elevation, section, structural plan, MEP plan, and details. The lesson topics are reinforced with structured hands-on practices.
There is no certified exam.
